Start 10am, London Bridge (Southwark Needle). Jane leading this 13 mile ride. This is a fun ride in which we will see at least 12 London Cats portrayed in stone, wood, bronze and gold, so it’s hypoallergenic – though we may spot Hodge the resident mouser at Southwark Cathedral. Starting in SE1 and The City, on to Bloomsbury, up to Mornington Crescent & back via Covent Garden and Strand, ending at The Little Cat cafe in Myatts Fields.
Some short stretches on busy roads but mostly on quieter cycle routes. It will be stop/start with pauses (pawses?) for information en route and a coffee stop probably at Russell Square. Note that we are not finishing at the start location, so make sure you have looked at your route home from Myatts Fields. Jane will be happy to suggest routes if needed.
