With Dave P. leading set off  through the park turning up to Brenchley and walking up and over One Tree Hill. Note\, the walk has series of steps and may be difficult for heavy bikes. We next do the steep ride up to Hilly Fields and take a well-earned break at the cafe there .  Finally\, on to the 4th peak\, Telegraph Hill\, maybe checking out lower park if we have time as well as the upper. End the ride through Nunhead and back to Peckham Rye Park. Around 12 miles and estimated two and a half hours\, so back at 12.30. \nRiders of all ages are welcome on Healthy Rides but under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Same for “adults at risk”. Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users feel safe. If you cannot make a ride\, please cancel so that someone else can take the place.
