Waterloo to Richmond by train, ride back along Thames Path to Royal Festival Hall.  Scot leading.

Meet Waterloo Concourse 10am for 10.33 train. Platform 22 (or platform for 10.33 train if not 22, NB train final destination is Teddington).  Gets into Richmond at 10:58. Ticket price £5.70.

Approximately an hours riding along Thames Path to coffee in Putney. Continue for another hour back to Royal Festival Hall. Lots to see, almost all off road. Thames path surface is variable and will be muddy in places after recent rain.  Road bikes with thin tyres will struggle. So only bikes with wider tyres, e.g. hybrid or mountain bike. Also mudguards essential. Estimated finish 2pm.

We will keep everyone as safe as possible by observing all the Covid Regulations. Most importantly we will be maintaining routinely a 2m social distance, never less than 1m. Particularly important to maintain social distancing from other users on shared paths.  Always give way to pedestrians and to other cyclists so all path users can maintain 1-2 m and feel safe. Just in case we need them, good idea to bring a face mask.  Number of riders will be limited to 4.
