Typical easy-paced Southwark Cyclists Healthy Ride.  20 miles, 4 hours, lots of off road, some busy road, leader Jean. Chance to sample the excellent Wandle Trail on a more southern section than on past rides. Meet Dulwich Park CafĂ© at 9.30 (note earlier than usual 10.00). From Dulwich the first part of the ride is on main roads – though not busy ones. Then via West Norwood across to Streatham Common – with a few uphill bits on the way. After that – fairly flat over to Mitcham Common – then off road path almost to the tramline at Beddington. Next along a nice off-road path towards Hackbridge and a short amount on the road before we pick up the Wandle Trail and follow this for 3 miles to Morden Hall. Coffee stop at National Trust CafĂ© (usual excellent cakes) then make our way another 1½ miles of Wandle Trail to Merton Abbey Mills. Return on a direct route.  CS7 from Colliers Wood to Tooting, Balham and Clapham Common, then mostly quiet streets to Brockwell Park & Dulwich Park. Allowing 4 hours and with 9.30 start expecting to be back a bit before 1.30pm.
