Southwark Cyclists’ volunteer, Werner will be pointing his speed gun at motorists in SE16. The speed limit is 20mph guys. It may be a wide and empty road but that doesn’t mean you can make up your own rules. The guy in charge is PCSO Kevin Phillips who does the organising and provides protective muscle if any if required.
