Dulwich Wood councillor Andy Simmonds will be holding the speed gun on behalf of the community. The man protecting him from wrathful motorists is PCSO Kevin Phillips. Together they will be at the junction of Dulwich Wood Park and Kingswood Road stopping the roads being used as race tracks. That’s very welcome, guys, and very necessary. I speak from personal experience.
