Southwark Cyclist Bob Eva will be wielding the speedgun at the junction of Salter Road and Lagado Mews. With him will be PCSO Kevin Phillips. Bob shouts out the speeds, Kevin writes down the numbers and makes. You will not be surprised to know that in a two hour session they fill four pages of Kevin’s notebook.
