DESCRIPTION:A Southwark Cyclist will be manning the speedgun on Christmas Eve. It’s a good time to catch the tired and emotional feeling cross that they to go to work. They will be supported by PCSO Kevin Phillips who soothes those who come back to complain and has an ear open for bonkers excuses. “The wind was behind me” and “I was going down hill” \nYou can join in.
