SUMMARY:Online Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:This month’s meeting will be held online. If you’d like to attend please contact us at southwark@lcc.org.uk. We will send you the invite prior to the meeting. \nJoin us for our July monthly meeting on Wednesday the 8th. \nThis month Mrs Cleo Kenington\, Consultant in Major Trauma & Emergency General Surgery at St George’s Hospital\, will be talking about the importance of engaging health professionals to push for better cycling infrastructure and strategies she’s used in the past to do so. \n\nWe’ll also be giving a presentation on the work Southwark Council has done to make our streets safer for walking and cycling as well as what’s coming up. \n\nOur meetings are formatted as follows. Feel free to come for the whole time\, or only the part you’re interested in. \n\n6:30pm to 7:20pm – All are welcome to our committee meeting where we discuss logistics and other admin topics.\n7:30pm to 8:30pm – Our general meeting where we give a brief campaigns update and discuss the topic above.\n8:30pm – We would normally head to the pub after the meeting\, but as that’s not currently possible\, we’ll be staying online for anyone that wants to chat and socialise.\n\nIf you have any questions about our meetings\, contact us at southwark@lcc.org.uk

SUMMARY:Online Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We are trialling having our committee and general meetings on different days. General meetings will be held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (as before) and committee meetings will be held on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Meetings will be held online over Zoom until further notice. \nJoin us for our July committee meeting on Wednesday 22 July\, 2020 at 6:30pm. All are welcome to this meeting where we discuss group logistics\, planning and other admin topics. \nIf you would like to join this meetings\, contact us at southwark@lcc.org.uk. We also hold a general meeting where we have speakers\, workshops\, and short campaign updates. The next general meeting is on Wednesday 12 August.
