DESCRIPTION:Our team will be at Herne Hill\, near the junction with Holmdene Avenue\, speed guns at the ready. Those caught in their sights get fierce letters with fierce threats of personal attention from the Met. The record for the most reckless driver of the year was briefly held by a motor bike caught pulling a wheelie uphill at 53mph while over taking a car in Dulwich Wood Park.
