These speed traps evidence the problem to the Met and borough councils who are joining in the move to 20mph speed limits. Even Westminster is thinking slower. Dog Kennel Hill is a fine example and our Southwark Cyclist volunteer Robert Eva will be there encouraging them to resist temptation. With him\, for personal protection\, will be PCSO Kevin Phillips (see pic)\, a jovial soul with an understandable disapproval of bad driving. DESCRIPTION:Southwark Cyclists volunteer Robert Eva will be out with a speedgun hoping not to better the previous top speed registered by CRW of 66mph (see pic). His personal protection officer PCSO Kevin Phillips will be standing beside him writing down the numbers of law-breakers. There are so many they give poor\, old Kevin a sore hand. Their results are evidence which is driving the Met\, TfL and other boroughs to crack down on speed. You can support them. To join in and receive a warm welcome email kevin.j.phillips@met.police.uk.
