DESCRIPTION:Bob Eva will be representing the community and holding the speed gun. Looking after him will be his personal police protection officer\, Kevin Phillips. Kevin gets between Bob and angry drivers. The picture doesn’t show one of their captures but you get the idea. Bob and Kevin will be exercising their skills in Herne Hill at the junction with Holmdene Avenue. \nAnyone can join in.
