SUMMARY:Ride London Freecycle - Southwark Led Ride from Peckham
DESCRIPTION:The annual Ride London Freeecycle sees many Central London roads completely traffic free. Plus displays and Dr Bikes. This is an event for all cyclists\, young or old. There is always a great atmosphere as thousands of riders circulate the route. We are running our usual fully marshalled led ride. Start 10am from Peckham Rye Park and ending at Queen St\, near Mansion House. Ride takes about 45min. There will also be a led ride back at 3pm.

DESCRIPTION:Feeder Ride to C4 Celebration Ride\nFully mashalled ride from Peckham Rye Park to the start of the Celebration Ride marking the opening of the missing section of Cyclway 4 at Surrey Quays (details here).  We will take a safe route at an easy pace suitable for all ages and abilities. About 10km (6 miles). Will arrive at Cutty Sark in plenty of time for the celebratory ride to Southwark Park. For anyone who lould like a led ride back\, please gather next to the bandstand at 2pm. Faster\, safer journays every day for thousands of cyclists. Come amd celebrate on a joyous ride on Sunday 10th March. Departing Cutty Sark at 12 noon and ending in Southwark Park. Arrive from 11am and get your bike checked by Dr Bike. Jointly organisnsed by Southwark\, Lewisham and Greenwich Cyclists please join us\, bring family and friends\, this should be a highlight of the year for cyclists in South London. SUMMARY:London Cycling Festival
DESCRIPTION:Hello Festival\, goodbye Freecycle. New borough-based\, multi venue event being organized by London Cycling Campaign – the London Cycling Festival.  We will have a fully marshalled ride to the City of London hub where there will be lots going on. It will also be possible to take further led rides to a traffic free circuit in nearby Hoxton*. Ride starts 10am at The Round Café\, Peckham Rye Park and will call at the Stomping Grounds Café in Burgess Park at 10.20 am.  From 9am at the start in Peckham Rye Park there will be bike checks and small fixes to bikes.  There will be a limitd number of free vouchers for Lime Bikes available  Rgister for these and  collect at the start (allow time for finding a bike). \nActivities at City Festival site include: \n\nDr Bike and bike marking\nLed rides\nLive music\nStalls and more\nVintage bike rally – bring your pride and joy down and check-out the best old bikes in London\n\nJoin one of the family friendly led-rides: \n\nSquare Mile loop\nSunday Streets Hackney (Hoxton 2 mile traffic free circuit)\nVictoria Park\n\n*Note – register separately for further rides starting at Guildhall.
