DESCRIPTION:Organised by the Met\, this is a partnership between the police and the community. Representing the police we have PCSO Kevin Phillips\, new father and Welshman\, loves his volunteers and hates speeders. Representing the community\, a Southwark Cyclist volunteer holding the speed gun. Not just us I should explain: councillors\, concerned residents and a cross-section of the law-abiding take a turn.
