Southwark Cyclists is the leading organisation that promotes and supports cycling and cyclists in Southwark. We are a very active and diverse group of people who believe that cycling as transport has not yet been fully realised so we are working with Southwark Council and our communities to promote cycling, improve safety and ensure all new developments consider cyclists needs.

Next Wednesday 30 March, LCC will be holding their biggest Day of Action ever to eliminate lethal lorries. We will be standing at 10 points across London to raise awareness and get all London cyclists involved in the campaign.
We will be looking to get thousands more signatures for our petition which is insisting on cycle training for all London council lorry drivers to help improve safety for cyclists.
Lorries make up only 5% of London traffic, but are involved in over
